Making Gore Look Good (2007)

Of the three featurettes on the WRONG TURN 2 disc, this one here is certainly the best as we get to see how some of the special effects were done. If you've seen the movie then you know there's quite a bit of gore to be seen and this featurette gives us a chance to see how they're actually done. The highlight of this is the sequence where a woman is running and get an ax in the back of her head. This scene looked extremely good in the movie so it was fascinating seeing how they set it all up. Another great showcase is the death of Kimberly Caldwell and seeing the double that they made, which looks 100% real. Fans of the film or gore effects in general will enjoy this.
