  Kaiden Alenko : They probably just want to keep everything running. It has to be hard keeping all these cultures working together.

  Ashley Williams : Or maybe they just don't like humans.

  Female Commander Shepard : Why not? We've got oceans, beautiful women, this emotion called love. According to the old vids, we have everything they want.

  Kaiden Alenko : When you put it that way, there's no reason they wouldn't like you. I mean, us! Humans! Ma'am.

  Ashley Williams : You don't take much shore leave, do you, L-T?

  Commander Shepard : [sees the Thorian]  That's... large.

• Kaiden Alenko : I think we're gonna need a bigger boot, Commander.

• Urdnott Wrex , Kaiden Alenko : This isn't right, Shepard. If there's a cure for the genophage, we can't destroy it.

  Female Commander Shepard : This has to be done. Saren's the enemy, not me.

  Urdnott Wrex : Really? Saren created a cure for my people. You want to destroy it. Help me out here, Shepard. The lines between friend and foe are getting a little blurry from where I stand.

  Female Commander Shepard : I don't care what your personal feelings are. This base gets destroyed.

  Urdnott Wrex : Don't push me, Shepard. I followed you because I wanted to fight for something more than credits. If you can't give me a better reason than this to destroy the hopes of my people, then I'm done with you.

  Female Commander Shepard : All you need to know is that I'm giving you an order to fall in line.

  Urdnott Wrex : So that's it. All this time, and that's all I get from you? How can you not see what this means to the Krogan? This base can't be destroyed. I won't allow it!

  [Shepard hits Wrex over the head and shoots him three times] 

  Kaiden Alenko : Commander. Are you... alright?

  Female Commander Shepard : I'm feeling a hell of a lot better than he is.
