Meh

I agree with the other reviewer that says it felt like the old 90s windows screensaver. I was thinking the exact same thing. I was pretty bored for most of it, probably because I didn't do hallucinogens like half of the people there. I'm usually into this kind of hippie stuff but this show missed the mark. The biggest letdown to me is I expected it to be more profound than it was.... like almost Alan Watts type of feel. It wasn't. It felt very cliché and textbook toxic positivity stuff that left me feeling very disappointed in the overall experience. Luckily, we were given the tickets from a friend who couldn't go so we didn't waste our own money. I would've been pretty upset to pay $40-50 for it.

If you think this has any value, you're wrong. It's a glorified Windows 98 screensaver with a hippy narrator who says you should be more happy, bro. Look at these 3d pipes, aren't you happy yet? Thanks for paying me $80 and letting me waste hours of your life.

At one point, there were literal bongos and detached 3d pixelated hands of whom I assume was James'. No, it was not as fun as bongos should be.

He said at one point, that people struggle so hard to find happiness in life, but he did it so easily by recording the screensaver and making us pay $80 for it. I will never feel the same about planetariums. Their legacy is forever stained by this hippy garbage.

Don't waste your money

Okay so VIP tickets are a joke. This shouldn't be a show for anyone under 18. Allowing kids in is a joke they will find it extremely boring and I kept getting distracted by kids talking and moving around the entire time. I don't blame them but this is about consciousness and that's something that kids can't even understand yet. For a show that asks you to be quiet and respectful to others there sure were a lot of distractions from kids talking, people talking, and people coughing that ruins the whole experience. Secondly the visuals got repetitive and lost creativity as well as the music. I wanted to leave after about 20 mins in. Then there is the uncomfortable seats in the planetarium that are sit at a 90 degree angle so I'm not sure why you're forced to look up against your stiff chair the entire time made my neck hurt. I can see the potential in this but it needs more respect all around for the purpose of relaxing people. I'd love to watch something like this at home in a VR headset where I know I won't be distracted by others. Quiet is important for meditation and for trying to have an out of body experience.
