I SELDOM review episodes of ANYTHING, but when I saw the first reviewer gave this episode a 1/10, I decided to look at other people's reviews as well. They were ALL bad reviews! How can this be, when the episode itself is pulling a 7.6/10? Out of MANY people scoring it? Now, I've actually seen quite a few movies (especially ones that I and the huge majority thought were painful to sit through, think big budget knock-offs that had a general score of around 2.5/10) where you can TELL the filmmakers must have all tried to flood IMDB with unrealistic reviews to boost the score and talk up the film - like saying it is 10/10, one of the best movies of the year- but this opposite trend here is BIZARRE, and highly suspect! It goes to show that you can't expect any level of morality out of even anonymous polls!
I'm a parent of a 20yo boy, I'm not your typical target audience (though SCI-FI & Fantasy like Anne McCaffrey were my faves growing up) but I once took him to a TMNT/WINX live action show when he was little. So, when Netflix came out with this series, the preview looked really good, I decided to give it a chance. I think it's REALLY good, though if their target audience is the 5-10 yo set like one would assume, I'm VERY concerned about the level of the sexual, horror and drug content involved in EVERY episode! I'm just happy Netflix didn't decide to cancel it after just ONE season, like October Faction, Luna Nera, etc, etc!
So PLEASE don't let these other reviews sway you, look at the ACTUAL ratings, you'll see they don't make sense!
