What a great and badass battle great animations too they went all out in this battle can be compared to XYZ season battles!

The Perfect Climax

The Longest battle in the series concludes with a perfect 4th episode. The 3rd episode of the battle was also just perfect in every way and I thought that it would be hard to surpass it, but it soared passed it with confidence and charm. The episode is a 23 minute sakuga-fest, which includes sun and moon's best animators and some other legendary animators in the anime industry. This episode not only shines from an animation stand point, but also from a narrative stand point. It's the culmination of everything the SM series has been building up to. Ash vs Kukui is easily one of the best battles in the entire series and easily shows that Ash has reached a new high when it comes to strength.
