• Nurse : Visiting hours are over, sir.

  Harry Greenwood : Yes. I'm sorry it's so late, but it's urgent. I would appreciate your assistance with this case number.

  Nurse : [giving the document a once-over]  That patient has restricted access. Only people on the list can visit. Can I see your ID?

  Harry Greenwood : [showing her the New York driver's license]  You'll find my name on the list. Alex Graves.

• Nurse : Still here?

  Harry Greenwood : I see from the records she's been moved around a lot.

  Nurse : There are a group of women who would come by and check in on her and her sister, pay the bills, but... haven't seen them in a while.

  Harry Greenwood : Sister? What sister?

  Nurse : [cut to her leading him to a restricted area]  Helen's quiet, but lovely. It's her sister that's the problem. But we're under strict orders to never separate them.

• Harry Greenwood : You're a Whitelighter. Helen, Whitelighters were created "at great cost." Do you know what that means?

  Nurse : [coming in]  Mr. Graves. Time's up.

  Harry Greenwood : [reluctantly turning to leave]  This key... I believe it belongs to Helen. Does she have a lockbox with personal items?

  Harry Greenwood : [finding a documnet]  1693. Salem.

  [taking the envelope marked "Alpha" out of his pocket]
