- A man is shown briefly cradling his friend's corpse, bones broken and eyes gouged out. The scene is brief and dark though.
- A boy is seen being eaten alive by bat-like creatures known as demobats. We don't know if he dies or not because the episode ends cutting away from the attack. Very bloody.
- Bloody images: another flashback where bloodied corpses are seen, nosebleeds after characters use their powers. There is a bullying scene where they're used.
- A kid fakes her death with fake blood on her throat and mimicking that she's struggling to breathe.
- A character is tortured for information; we see him all bloodied but the violence detail is limited.
- Two men fight; some guards intervene. Some blood.

- Eddie is about to smoke a cigarette but Robin pulls it out of his mouth and throws it away.

- No snap crackle pops by Vecna, but a teenager gets chomp chomped by demopigeons.

- Around the 1 hour mark, a character is attacked by four other characters. Being thrown around by their telekinetic powers. She survives. 2 minutes after this seen she is seen covered in blood and flashing images of dead children are seen.
- Steve is seen getting attacked and eaten by demobats in the Upside Down. This is very disturbing and upsetting as Steve is a fan-favorite character. We also don't know whether he dies or not as the episode ends with Steve getting attacked. However if you can handle this, the overall scene itself is not very violent compared to the rest of the season.
