Awesome Film!

Saw this little gem at Shriekfest the other day and all I can say is WOW!! This is an awesome short horror film. It is easily the best short horror film I've seen and probably the best short film I've ever seen. The storyline is fantastic, the acting is great(Mikel does an awesome job as the cop), the direction is engaging, and there is plenty of suspense. It is one of those films that takes you to another world or time period, in this case 60s rural Florida, and gets you to "jump on a character's back" (as all great suspense films do) as he battles his enemies. Once again WOW!! See this film if at all possible, you will not regret it.

inspired story

The atmosphere is the lead virtue of this short horror about an asylum, a teenager and a cop, a place who seems the perfect reflection of deep fears of everyone. Well crafted, proposing tension in same measure than blood, giving realistic portrait of madness and about "60 Florida in the most inspired manner. A film about evil in its different forms . Surprising, smart use of the rules of genre and reminding old good films of same genre.
