One of the best of the series

Warning: Spoilers
This episode shows the true tragedies that occur during a war. The team has to become "villain" in order to accomplish their mission. It's a hard one to watch. In this episode, you see that the team has to be detached emotionally in order to make it out alive. THere are a lot of people angry about this because they don't like to see their heroes in a negative light. This episode depicts the ugly side of being a hero. And then, of course, the truth that no one is invincible. Not even our precious special ops. To gain an even better perspective, please rent the season 3 DVD to watch the commentary for this episode. Anything that causes Dennis Haysbert (Jonas) to tear up has to shoot up the list for great episodes.

Why kill Hector??!

Warning: Spoilers
Yeah I agree with u .... I don't like the new theme song. The original is so catchy and has a military feel to it... The new theme song is like any other ... And I don't understand why they had to kill off Hector :( I really liked his character and I think they should try to develop more on the other lesser roles .. I'm really sick of Tom & Tiffy BS too ... Now the show is gonna be ALL about the main guys ... I'm getting a bit sick of that too :x Since they killed off Hector ..are they gonna replace him?

I know its late talking abt this .. but this show is not even shown in Singapore ... had to watch this off rental

Very disappointed with season 3

Warning: Spoilers
I was really looking forward to the new season but I must say that it has been a disappointment. Starting with the changing of the theme song and opening which had a military feel to it, to an opening that more resembles a soap opera. This show always portrayed our main characters as human, sometimes with flaws, but good intentioned none the less. They are always the most skilled and very conscious of their actions. This episode in particular gives the feeling our main characters are villains. They invade a home with a family that would be worthy of Extreme Home Make Over. There is the reporter, they are there to rescue, who vows to speak out against America, the child who spent time in the US who calls CoolBreeze a "Pig" at which point he states "I know", the threat to gag a mentally handicapped kid. Of course, the older kid makes a run for it and our heroes have to shoot him in the back to avoid being spotted. All that was missing was a gun to mother Theresa's head!! I loved this show when it was a simple do the mission, be proud of the military aspect and call it a night. This political statement stuff will ruin this show!!. The fact is it subtle is because people who love this show are proud of our military and if it was blatant, we would all stop watching!
