I liked the movie very much. I liked how it felt like I got to hang out with the characters and widen my circle of friends. Unlike so much entertainment available today it did not subject me to extreme worry, trauma, angst, or violence. //// The main character is so likeable, adorable, beautiful, and is very convincing in his role. //// The music was great and added a great element to the experience. I loved the little catchy vampire tune that the waitress sang and tapped to. //// I liked how Earl's reactions helped punctuate the emotional responses as the story unfolded. I loved how sincere and generous and unguarded all the performers seemed to be. I wonder how the cast of characters and the bingo place were gathered, a particularly lively bunch! //// I loved how the story is embedded in NYC--not in a Hollywood way--but in a regular NYC way. Thanks for letting me feel like an insider for a few hours.
