- Shake and Carl are sexual deviants, and as such, reference the vagina and penis fairly often. Meatwad mentions "taping down his junk". No nudity.
- You fight pubic crabs, literal crabs that are formed from Carl.
Violence & Gore

- In later levels, shake gets to use a shotun, but the shots are very, very cartoonish
- The weapon with the most graphic effect is probably the chainsaw, as when used to attack enemies, they spurt some blood
- Minimal. There is little to no blood and no gore at all.
Profanity

- Even though the game has an M rating, expletives such as "f**k" or "s**t" are censored, however, swear words such as "bitch", "ass" and lower have free reign.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- There is a trail of beer cans around Carl during his boss fight. The Mooninites mention drinking and doing drugs, but are never shown to actually do so.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- None, everything is played for laughs.
- However, some may find the levels in the depths of Hell to be slightly overwhelming.
