Correy is funny has amazing swagger. I like Mo'nique, but I am sooooo tired of hearing about Oprah, Tyler, Lee Daniels, Whoopi Goldberg, Steve Harvey, etc!! The bitterness permeates every area of her life. She thinks it is hurting them but eventually it will spring up and choke out EVERYTHING good in her life and the same way she disrespects them will show up in ALL of her relationships.

OK. I only lasted 17 minutes, but it was 17 minutes I can never get back. Nothing funny. A lot of foul words which is OK if there is a joke somewhere, but alas, nowhere. A total disaster. Maybe if you're a devoted fan there is something here for you.

It is a hilarious wonderful moment when platinum stars uplift others and give them a platform to shine. #Showtime thank you for hitting #therealmonique up and giving her a special! I loved every minute. Each comedian was funny and there is no doubt we'll see more of them over the years on many stages. #DonnellRawlings is a fool and had me crying from laughing so hard. And, #MoNique brought IT! She is hilarious and threw funny shade. She's a real one and she was/is incredible. #Showtime, you know a good thing when you see it....You called #MoNique. Mo' definitely has it in her. I've seen it. She can be a comedy genius, but not like this. I'm good with the language (bunch of B****s and N****s) but foul language in itself doesn't make the joke. Unfortunately it felt like she was trying too hard without any substance. She needs to move on and bring comedy out of common interest. I could have gotten the same update from twitter.

I was disappointed that Showtime did not give Monique a full hour by herself. None of the comedians were great. At his best, headliner & seasoned veteran Donnell Rawlings was a B. Hopefully they will allow Monique to do her own hour alone in 2021.

No disrespect to Mo'Nique. This was trash. Her friends were all mediocre at best. I wanted this to be funnier, but Tone X was annoying talking about being grown every second and his jokes were whack. Prince T Dub was funny. After him the comedy got progressively worse after Mo'Nique. It's like her opening was funnier than all the other comedian. Donnell Rawlings was mostly funny but I noticed that every comedian there couldn't make the entire crowd laugh only sections. My fiancé and I couldn't keep paying attention to the comedy because it got boring to us. Just Nesh was not funny at all. Correy Bell was whack. I understand what was trying to be done, but don't do it again.

It was really good to see her back on stage and I was really looking forward to hearing what's been going on. But her friends truly was not funny, and I hate that we didn't get to see her more with her jokes. I really hope that she comes out with her own stand up without others, or at least not the ones that was with her this time.
