More Season 1 hilarity

The first sketch is Geraldo Rivera (Joe Flaherty) with a round table of film critics. They discuss a remake of Duck Soup directed by Roman Polanski and starring Robert DeNiro, Al Pacino, Dustin Hoffman and Sylvester Stallone. All the critics hate it and seem to hate every other movie. Funniest is Eugene Levy as Rex Reed and Dave Thomas as John Simon.

Sunrise Semester has Andrea Martin as Cheryl Height (later known as Cheryl Kinsey) teaching women self defense.

Philosophy Street is a Sesame Street parody about what is real and what is not. Levy tries to explain to street tough Thomas about value and factual judgements which first gets him a punch in the face and later robbed of his wallet.

A Fistful Of Ugly is continued with it being edited for family viewing. No violence is ever shown. They never get a chance to get to a gunfight because they can't decide on a time.

Final scene is Moe Green taking calls from viewers about their TV programming. John Candy calls in but he is suicidal and Moe keeps hanging up on him. The last caller is the boss Guy Caballero who fires Moe and the credits roll.
