- Constants uses of swears like fuck, shit, ass, bitch, hell, damn, and more. Both the characters in the game and the licensed rock music use hard language.
- At the beginning of the game, the player can freely decide if they want to censor the swears or not. If the option is chosen to censor it, all swear words are bleeped, including softer swears like hell and damn. It however does not apply to the soundtrack which remains uncensored no matter what option you choose.

- Extremely bloody and gory when uncensored but also very funny throughout, it's a really fun heavy metal style game full of nonstop action, blood, guts, gore, and laughs.
- The villain Doviculus could be frightening to some people, especially with his creepy voice acting.
