The prostitute in question did not say Buckingham Palace, she said Blenheim Palace. This was the home of the Dukes of Marlborough and later the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill.

One of the "ladies" answering the question where she'll be in 5 years says "Buckingham palace." However, in the 1750s the site was known as Buckingham House.
