- House asks the patient's daughter, "What's her favorite way to have sex?" The daughter responds, "I don't see what sex has to do with breast cancer." Then says "She used to like being on top, but now she likes to be on her stomach." House says of the patient, "She jumps anything with a pole and a pulse." Thirteen says, "Maggie already admitted to having multiple sexual partners, which is why we already tested for and ruled out syphilis and any other STD that could have caused her symptoms." House responds, "STDs aren't the only risk in risky sex. The problem with sleeping with strangers is they're strange." When Taub and Foreman talk to one of the patient's sexual partners, he says "She was really drunk. I just gave her some 'E' to help enhance things." House mentions that Saint Nicholas is the patron saint of prostitutes. Later, House tells a clinic patient that she has strep and that he'll write her pimp a note. She confirms through their conversation that she is a prostitute. She is wearing a shirt that is sort of low cut. House says of prostitutes, "Maybe they just like kneeling." Cuddy tells House, "You owe me 50 bucks," and he responds, "And you owe me half a lap dance." Hosue says, referring to the patient's emails, "Not a single mention of lesbianic sanchez or man-gina." House holds up a wrapped present to Thirteen and says "Pull my ribbon, if you know what I mean." After she pulls the ribbon, he says, "That's not what I meant." House sees his clinic patient again, and says "On one hand, you should be in bed. On the other hand, I told you to rest, so I see your dilemma." House says a "clap-on" is causing his patient's lesions. She says "Trust me, first place I went. No rash on my labia. Do you need to take a look?" They talk for several minutes about her condition, using many euphemisms, innuendos, etc. If there is concern, I would mute the scene until it's over.
Violence & Gore

- The patient starts bleeding out of one eye. Taub tells her to open her eyes, and there is visible blood in her corneas. Chase and Foreman try to extract a marrow sample from the patient. They incise and open up a portion of her skin, and then try to drill into her bone. There is visible blood and bone.
Profanity

- House says "The kid says mom's a slut." Kutner says, "She called her mom a slut?" and House says, "No, I called her mom a slut."
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- The patient's daughter says her mom does pot every once in a while. One of the patient's sexual partners says the patient was drunk and that he gave her ecstasy.
