- There's lots of nudity and several sex scenes.
- A man performs oral sex on a woman. Graphic but not explicit.
- Rin and Mimi sometimes go to see (female) informants if they want information; however, the "cost" is sex, forcing Rin (who is bisexual) and Mimi (who is either bisexual or a lesbian) to have sex with them.

- The show is very violent and very bloody. Most violent scenes involve stabbing and revealing lots of blood.
- The bondage scenes can be disturbing to some viewers, also a sadistic scene of a woman getting pierced to death.
- After an explosion, we see Rin's silhouette, which appears to have broken ribs and entrails sticking out of the front of her torso. She screams as she regenerates, as her guts go back inside her and her skin reforms.
- There are multiple dismembering scenes.
- A torture scene where a woman is pierced and stabbed multiple times in various parts of her body. Very bloody.
- Two characters are thrown into a car and shot. Their bodies are shown briefly but bloodily. Bombs are then thrown into the car, which explodes.
- A woman's stomach is cut open and blood splatters.
- Whenever immortals and angels are together, the angels devour the immortals then kill them. These scenes contain lots of gore.
- A scene where a woman wakes up in a morgue. Her body is covered in blood, eyes gouged out, and disemboweled.

- One of the characters asks a woman to bring her water, when it's really vodka, which happens on several occasions. A few scenes of some of the characters in a bar and other several scenes of characters casually drinking elsewhere. Rin drinks on occasion, whenever she's at home, or at other public places.
- Rin smokes a cigarette, only to reveal laser security lights.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Intense and frightening violence throughout the series. The bondage scenes might disturb some viewers, since it involves a woman tied to a chair, blindfolded, with swords and other piercings in her body, whilst crying from all the agony.
- There's a sadistic scene of a woman putting piercings all over another woman's body till she dies. Very bloody.
- A dog gets shot and later killed.
- Angels devouring immortals might disturb some viewers.
