- Dozen of crude sexual references and situations. A short rear-entry sex scene occurs, but no nudity. A man recieving oral sex is suggested. Scantily clad women are shown throughout as back up dancers.
Violence & Gore

- Some scenes of gunfire, including one where a character gets shot in the rear. Two characters are beaten up and one of them spit up blood at one point. Pretty harsh for a comedic movie, but very moderate.
Profanity

- Pervassive R-rated language. Repeated use of the word "f-ck" and such.

- Mentions and scenes of marijuana use. Characters constantly drink alcohol in the car.
