Sex & Nudity

  • In one episode, Will attempts to have intercourse with a girl but ends up awkwardly doing it completely wrong. No genitals or rears can be seen.
  • In one episode, Simon and Jay change Will's facebook profile picture to a naked man. You can see a fair bit of detail however it is quick and easy to miss
  • Two of the characters notice that Simon's "got a boner."
  • Constant crude sex references throughout the series. And a lot of different anatomical terms.
  • There is some brief nudity (full male rear nakedness) in a couple of episodes.
  • It is comically implied that one of the teachers is a pedophile.
  • A group of boys watch porn on their phone. Only their disgusted faces are shown.
  • Jay is caught masturbation although nothing is seen.

Violence & Gore

  • A man pukes on a table and then on a boys face
  • Season 3 contains subjects related to animal death and animal abuse.
  • A lot of threats, mostly from the school bully.
  • Will accidentally hits a disabled girl in a wheelchair with a Frisbee.
  • Neil punches a fish to death. A little bloody, not particularly pleasant.

Profanity

  • All uses of "Fuck" are bleeped on US broadcasts.
  • Excessive usage of "fuck", "shit", "wanker", "twat", among other words. One use of "Cunt". Some usage of sexual slurs. Some uses of "retarded".
  • Mild language is also used.
  • Some strong sex references and anatomical terms, including 'dick', 'pussy', 'cock', 'gay', 'homo', 'bent', and 'bummer'. Also a mix between the two words 'bummer' and 'bender' is used being said as 'bumder'.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Infrequent drug use, alcohol consumption, and smoking.
  • Several episodes include underage drinking, and the boys attempting to purchase alcohol with intent of getting drunk. They are never able to buy any, except one episode, although they immediately suffer repercussions for this.
  • In one episode the characters get high.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Dark comedy is present at times in the show
  • There are a specific scene where a character intentionally runs over a squirrel. It may be very disturbing for some viewers. It's only one episode and it's not the tone of the show.
  • The scene where Neil punches a fish to death isn't nice, but not disturbing or overly graphic. Played for laughs.
