- Incest between a girl and her father is mentioned.

- A man is murdered at the beginning of the episode. It is shown off screen but blood sprays on the walls.
- A dog is heard being killed. It screams and then 'Too Late' is written on the walls in blood.

- There is a very disturbing scene where the girl from the walls kidnaps the boy who is living in the house. She takes him into the basement and offers him a live rat. He leans back in disgust. The girl then rips open the rat and starts eating it. She has blood on her face. The boy screams in fear.

- Dean and Sam find out that the girl in the walls isn't a ghost but is just a human who has been kept in the walls by a famiy member. There are mentions of the girl being kept in there so the father can have sex with her.

- While searching inside the walls, a man is murdered by the girl. We hear sounds and screaming and man falls through a hole dead. Blood drips from his body.
- TWIST SPOILER After learning there is also a boy in the walls. Dean fights with the boy. After a struggle Dean shoots the boy in the chest a few times. Blood runs down the boys back
- A woman and a girl hide in the shed from the girl in the walls. The girl attacks the shed. After a while the attacking stops and a man walks into the room with a knife with blood on it.
