The only known surviving print of the film was found by Elle Schneider during production of the Tom Graeff documentary The Boy from Out of This World (2009).
The only surviving print of The Noble Experiment was recently loaned to the UCLA Film and Television Archives for eventual restoration. It has not been screened in over 40 years.
Like Graeff's second feature, Teenagers from Outer Space (1959), The Noble Experiment was shot with all the dialogue prerecorded and then lip-synced by the actors on set.
