Without a doubt, one of our time's most controversial and unique urban legends is that of the elusive snuff film: a shocking form of video explicitly showing the real death of a human being. But do these films really exist or are they, in fact, a myth? With this in mind, through interviews from a handful of analysts, experts, FBI officers and former police detectives, this documentary attempts to shed light on a rather obscure topic, defining its various types in five general sections. As a result, this bold documentary leaves space for the viewer to make his own choice, but in the end, whether the snuff film exists or not is debatable; the real horror is that we are all encircled by death in our modern societies, and that is a certainty.
