During the scene with Agent Ellison and Catherine Weaver, Ellison sits down and crosses his legs. Yet in the next shot his legs are uncrossed, and the next shot they are back to crossed again.
When Sarah and the others go to rescue Michelle Dixon, Derek Reese enters the building carrying an M79 grenade launcher and sweeps the room as if he were using a shotgun or sub-machine gun.
While this weapon looks powerful it's main use is at longer range. The M576 run developed for close range use is less effective than a standard 12 gauge shotgun round and the grenade rounds have a minimum arming distance of 30 meters making them useless at short range. There is no reason an experienced soldier like Derek Reese would use an M79 for short range.

At 18m 9s Cromartie says the mousetrap was invented in 1897 by James Atkinson. This is untrue.
This basic style of mousetrap was patented a few years earlier in the United States by William Chauncey Hooker in 1894.
Also, the closing speed of this type of trap is around 12 thousandths of a second, not 38.
At about 32:00, Catherine Weaver says to James Ellison, "Five years ago, a small commuter jet went down in the eastern Sierras on its way from Sacramento to Portland." A direct route from Sacramento to Portland would not take one over the eastern Sierras.
The way John behaves with Sarah when she first meets Riley at home in the previous episode, and the same way he behaves with Cameron after purchasing huge computer, is not justified. They all are just worried about John's well being in view of so many terminators dropping in to kill him. They all are right in being cautious about who all John meets and who all he brings home or who all he gives his mobile number. Riley met John just like Cameron had met John in the previous school and he had got no clue that Cameron was a robot, so there is a possibility that Riley could be another one, this time, a terminator. The family had never as such restricted John from meeting or talking to new people, they are open minded about that, Sarah being an unmarried mother herself. John is putting herself in danger and is showing his lack of discretion and analytical thinking, this might not reflect good for the future top leader of human resistance. He should be more balanced and logical, not just another spoilt brat.
