In this episode the designers create a make over for college graduates to make them look as professional women. I was first worried that they will end up make them look boring as this is what "adult" means for some, but luckily not even mothers were trying to do so.
Unfortunately the one who did it was Joe, who I was rooting for. I can understand his way of thinking. Boring or not this was the right way to dress for an interview. I am sorry, the judges don't seem to get that people we talk to at interviews are older people who want to see that, after one gets the job one can be more creative. They should have told him they wanted an outfit that would be practical in the world that they wish it would be, not the reality. Happy to see he is still very active in fashion and designing beautiful things. He sure showed his daughters an example of following dreams.
Very happy Jerell won, beautiful outfit. Very chic and professional, lucky girl! And good for them both to make it into Elle. I didn't really see the problem with the outfits of Suede and Leanne. Jackets were not the best, but the dresses were both very good.
Kenley is so annoying. Her outfit wasn't all that creative anyways, not hard to dress someone just as oneself. But the worst part is how malicious she is, her nasty laughs whenever another contestant is criticized are showing what an ugly human being she is.
