- Stefan Henriquez: I think I need a lawyer.
- Odafin Tutuola: For what? You're guilt-free.
- Stefan Henriquez: I'm getting a raw deal.
- Odafin Tutuola: No, raw's what happens in lockdown when the lights go out.
- Stefan Henriquez: Shut up. Just leave me alone.
- Odafin Tutuola: [starts getting close to Stefan] You did it to your victims, now somebody's going to do it to you.
- Stefan Henriquez: Don't touch me.
- Elliot Stabler: Shh. Don't say that. And never fight back when they come for you. That's exactly how it happens.
- Stefan Henriquez: Let go of me.
- Elliot Stabler: You'll never know what hit you, but you better get used to this position, 'cause they like to come back, over and over again.
- Stefan Henriquez: [crying] Get off me!
- Odafin Tutuola: We're going to need a mop.
- [it is shown that Stefan has wet himself]
- Donald Cragen: [to Stabler after he interrogates Stefan Henriques] What the hell was that?
- Elliot Stabler: Social workers put it in his file. His biggest fear is prison. We figured stick first, carrot later.
- Donald Cragen: Well, that stunt is grounds for an assault charge while in custody.
- Odafin Tutuola: I'd like to see his lawyers try.
- Donald Cragen: He did ask for one.
- Alexandra Cabot: Well, thinking you need a lawyer and asking for one is debatable. He's an idiot, but is he guilty?
- Mark Ocurro: I love women and anyone who knows me will tell you that.
- Detective Victor Moran: Anyone who knows the real you is dead, Mr. Ocurro.
- Odafin Tutuola: Serial killers a booming business, you can check the true crime section of any bookstore.
- Donald Cragen: [to the Chief of Detectives] My squad can close this.
- Chief of Detectives: You think your squad can close it. I know Moran will.
- Donald Cragen: You just got promoted and your first order as Chief of Detectives is to bend me over my desk?
- Alexandra Cabot: [about Stefan Henriques] Well, I'm having trouble reconciling that jellyfish with the kind of man that brutally murdered five women.
- Donald Cragen: Finish that interrogation and then transport the suspect when you're done.
- Elliot Stabler: Fewkes will take your command, maybe even your badge, Captain.
- Donald Cragen: Only if we don't close the case. All One PP cares about are results. Never forget that.
- Detective Victor Moran: [to Stabler about his comatose daughter] She's 12 years old. She's supposed to be dating boys that I don't like, deciding what she wants to be when she grows up. She's supposed to have... she's supposed to have a life.
- Elliot Stabler: Solving the case isn't going to bring your family back.
- Detective Victor Moran: You think I don't know that?
- Elliot Stabler: This obsession is not about you, but it's definitely not about the victims, either.
- Detective Victor Moran: Since when?
- Elliot Stabler: Since you started blaming the killer for your wife and daughter. They're collateral damage that he's got to pay for.
- Detective Victor Moran: You're wrong.
- Elliot Stabler: You pull away from your squad, you don't work with any partner, you don't need or you won't accept any other kind of help and the victims pay for it.
- Detective Victor Moran: Look, I can still do my damn job.
- Elliot Stabler: While you've been looking for somebody else to blame, how many things have you missed? Something that fresh eyes would have caught.
- Detective Victor Moran: I honestly don't know.
- Elliot Stabler: Well, after five murders, maybe you should find out.
- John Munch: This is not right.
- Odafin Tutuola: Six dead women, Munch.
- John Munch: That man had a genetic test to establish paternity and we used the results without his consent to try and catch a killer.
- Odafin Tutuola: Uh-huh.
- John Munch: That's invasion of privacy, man.
- Odafin Tutuola: Six dead women, Munch. Let's go.
- Alexandra Cabot: The People will show proof that the defendant tortured, raped and murdered six women. DNA conclusively links Mr. Ocurro to the Casey Chapman homicide which is identical to five previous murders.
- Judge Lena Petrovsky: Are you charging all six based on probative linkage?
- Alexandra Cabot: Victim bondage is exactly the same. Even the use of the glue is unique.
- Patrice Larue: The People contend one man committed all six murders.
- Judge Lena Petrovsky: Are you objecting to pattern testimony?
- Patrice Larue: Absolutely not, Your Honor. One man may have done it, but it wasn't my client.
- Alexandra Cabot: We have his DNA, Counselor.
- Patrice Larue: Mr. Ocurro answered a call of nature when he delivered Ms. Chapman's suitcase. The pubic hairs could easily have transferred from one room to another.
- Alexandra Cabot: If he used the facilities, why didn't we find his prints?
- Patrice Larue: My client doesn't always wash his hands.
- Alexandra Cabot: He doesn't have to since he wears gloves. A search of his van turned up a murder kit of rope, latex and glue.
- Patrice Larue: It's airline policy, Your Honor. Bags must be returned undamaged.
- Alexandra Cabot: And how does he use the condoms to fix the damaged bags?
- Patrice Larue: Well, since they were found in the glove compartment, we can only assume that Mr. Ocurro is sexually active or wants to be.
- Alexandra Cabot: That is a specious explanation for rape, torture and murder.
- Elena Ocurro: [to Stabler and Moran about Mark] He once tied a cat to a bus. He dropped another from a sixth-floor walk-up. He's a mistake. I don't know whose. Mine or God's.
- Donald Cragen: There's no prints on the kiln. We can't even prove Ocurro touched it.
- Odafin Tutuola: Yes, we can. The power company just confirmed Casey Chapman's kilowatt hours doubled the day of her murder.
- Detective Victor Moran: Ocurro's alibi just went up in flames. He was with his mother on Sunday. Casey Chapman was murdered on Monday night. Then, he turned on the kiln to accelerate decomp.
- Elliot Stabler: Making Warner think that the murder happened much earlier.
- Donald Cragen: And making our killer think he got away with it.
- Elliot Stabler: [At the end of the episode where it's revealed that Moran's daughter has her organs taken out for transplant] I'm very sorry.
- Detective Victor Moran: It's a second chance. Everyone needs one.
- Elliot Stabler: [to Moran] You know, funny thing. When I ran the M.O. through VICAP, none of your three cases came up.
- Detective Victor Moran: I blocked your access.
- Odafin Tutuola: A glory hog.
- Detective Victor Moran: It's not about me. It's about them.
- Detective Victor Moran: [about the serial rapist\killer] Look at his playground. He's targeting minority areas. Harlem, the black neighborhoods of Brooklyn and Queens. That's his comfort zone.
- Elliot Stabler: Profiling Sexual Sadists 101. The next thing he's going to do is tell us he probably drives a clean late-model car, has trouble keeping a job because he's got a bad temper. You're not the only cop who spent time at Quantico.
- Detective Victor Moran: But I'm the only cop working it, sport.
- Chief of Detectives: [to Cragen] You want to tell me what the hell's going on? I'm pretty sure I took you off this case.
- Donald Cragen: We had a lead and ran it.
- Chief of Detectives: Without informing Moran.
- Elliot Stabler: Guy says he likes to work alone.
- Chief of Detectives: I don't believe I was talking to you, Detective. Well, the word is out. The press blindsided me about a serial killer loose in the city and the DNA he left behind.
- Donald Cragen: Then we have a leak.
- Chief of Detectives: Come on. You're pissed off. This is SVU grandstanding and now you've got a pooch-screw.
- Donald Cragen: It's anything but, sir. And in case you're interested, we have a suspect in custody.
- Chief of Detectives: Did he confess?
- Odafin Tutuola: We're still talking to him.
- Chief of Detectives: Which means no.
- Elliot Stabler: We'll get it done, Chief.
- Chief of Detectives: You didn't even know about the other victims until Moran set you straight. He linked these cases together on his own time with a kid in the hospital.
- Odafin Tutuola: What do you want us to do?
- Chief of Detectives: Bring him up to speed. Then mind your own damn business.
