Heck in a Cell

Warning: Spoilers
WWE actually put together a pretty strong show here. Sure, there were throwaway matches, but the three HIAC matches with a story delivered.

Roman Reigns finally got across as a real heel. Randy Orton's win was expected, but still felt like a big deal. And Sasha/Bayley never disappoint in big matches.

Uneven, but the key matches deliver

Warning: Spoilers
The 2020 edition of Hell In A Cell features six matches in total: three of them (Jeff Hardy vs. Elias, Otis vs. Miz, and Bobby Lashley vs. Slapjack) are short time-fillers, sort of like bridges between the other three (their highlight is probably Elias' hilarious song about Jeff Hardy). But the other three, the actual Hell-In-A-Cell matches, deliver the goods. I can't decide which match between Orton vs. McIntyre and Sasha Banks vs. Bayley is the better one: the men's has the most memorable high spots of the night, but the women's has the faster flow - and the better finish (Banks is a bona fide star). Roman Reigns vs. Jey Uso, which opens the show, is not quite in the same league, because Reigns is still a rather limited wrestler, but his heelish reinvention has worked wonders for his character. See the HIAC matches - you can also take a peek at the rest if you want to, they're watchable. 7/10 on the whole.

Welcome to my HELL

Warning: Spoilers
I didnt see the kickoff show so not gonna say anything about it.

The Universal title match was more about the story than the match and ba gawd the story they had ! Like Clash of Champions this was another great story. Who would've ever have thought that Roman Reigns and Jey Uso would have one of the best feuds of 2020. Heel Roman Reigns is best for business. This is the Roman Reigns i have been wanting to see for years now. He was willing to do anything to be at the head of the table. If you havent seen it please just see it.

The 2nd match was a lackluster match and the DQ ending made it worse. It was never going to be a good match after that HIAC match anyway.

The next one was Otis vs Miz and it was actually better than i thought it would be. Tucker screwing Otis was shocking. It will be interesting to see what happens next because both of them are on separate brands now. Tucker cut a good promo after the match and as for The Miz, I think he will do a better job than Otis i am not saying he did a bad job but I just think Miz will do a better job. I think it is for The Miz to reestablish himself (hopefully Morrison too).

The 2nd HIAC match was an awesome match. Finally Sasha Banks has won the Smackdown Women's title. Sasha Banks inside HIAC never disappoints. I thought this would be the main event but still i enjoyed it. The feud may not be over yet but i want it to end.

I didnt see the kickoff show thats why i had no idea about Retribution's challenge. Retribution is like a joke to The Hurt Business at the moment. The are not even getting any chance to prove themselves inside the ring. Ever since it was revealed that Ali is their leader, they've sucked.

The final match was for the WWE title inside Hell in a Cell. To me this was the match of the night. I have always enjoyed when they go outside the cell in a HIAC match. Drew McIntyre's title reign has been one the best reigns. Not only he is a good champion but also he is yet to have a bad match since winning the title. He is a strong booked chamion as well. But tonight I wanted Orton to win. He has been on a roll since punt kicking Edge in January. He deserved the title despite he lost to Drew twice. I have a feeling that the feud will continue for one more month. Thanks for reading.
