Hellbasket will entertain you in an eerie way! You'll find yourself routing for Dale, the lonely inhabitant of an Antarctic lab, while he chats via Zoom with Dr. Forester, played by the brilliant Hoyt Richards. Watch and find out if Dr. Forester will succeed with his dire warning for Dale...or will Dale send us all to hell in a hand basket! Anything could happen!

Whose hell is in the handbasket?
darangulafilm27 June 2021
Hell In A Handbasket is a tongue-in-cheek premise which plays upon the pathology of loneliness in physical isolation.

Small mundane challenges can become magnified out of all proportion until the larger world's woes come crashing back in.

Be prepared to become surprised by technical aspects of the presentation when the final credits roll.

Another Fun Hit From Chambers

This is a great, quick watch with a nice balance of an eerie atmosphere and humorous delivery. Actors Hoyt Richards and Robert Bryn Mann play off each other well, providing a few intentional chuckles along the way. Lee Chambers has a knack with his shorts for providing high quality entertainment and fitting a lot of substance in a short amount of time, without the short feeling overstuffed. In Hell in a Handbasket, viewers will certainly relate to the topic, as well as the isolated essence of the story. If you're a fan of horror, sci-fi or post apocalyptic stories, then this gem is certainly worth your time.

Hell in a Handbasket delivers hell in a handbasket very beautifully

The plot is absolutely brilliant. It is Beautifully shot. The acting couldn't have been better as you can feel so much chemsitry in screens within screens! The modern and present time humor is cleverly portrait. It is just incredible. Lee Chambers is known for delivering excellent short films and this could be one of his best. Definitely worth the watch.
