- No graphical nudity show on screen.
- A man and his wife are seen having sex in two scenes, there is no nudity and they are entirely clothed. The first scene is prolonged and shows the two thrusting wildly in bed, moaning very loudly.
- A women starts undressing and then kisses a man, as preparing for sex. In another scene, the same man and woman are shown cuddling up in bed, implying they have had sex.
- A man kisses his wife's clothed breasts in public.

- The movie revolves around the idea of anatomy and killing "innocent" people for their bodies. Though the deaths are non-graphic, there are many scenes in which cadavers are dissected or organs extracted from the body or preserved in different containers.
- Blood from an amputated leg squirts on a guy.
- The film is also about murdering. A few men and women are killed in different ways.
- A dead man has his spine broken and a loud crackling can be heard. He is later seen displayed in an "unnatural" pose.
