The film has some good elements like it's comedy but overall it was unnecessary. The release method and message fight against each other (as in the political concept and trying to send a message but requiring pay for it).
It is very notable, however, that you can tell Barkhoff's precision to filmmaking. Look at the imagery here in comparison to Windfall - stark contrast between comedy and drama shown in the posters and cinematography.
Other than that layer and it's comedy... 4 stars is reaching.
