"House, M.D., Season Four: New Beginnings" is a little documentary short film that runs for under half an hour and takes us into season 4 of the successful and long-running television show "House M.D.", includes interviews with the protagonists in front of and behind the camera and also elaborates on the core idea of House casting his new team as we have some of the key players from previous seasons giving screen time to the new crop. I personally think this casting concept worked very well and made it easier to transition into a new era of House, thus "new beginnings". I loved the show and I loved this little special as it was insightful, interesting and sometimes fun too. The one important thing is that you first watch season 4 and then this 2008 documentary (has its 10th anniversary this year) or you will see spoilers of the most crucial kind that almost make it pointless to see the season. But if you are wise and watch season 4 first, then this is a highly entertaining little work we got here and I definitely recommend it a lot. Very rewarding, makes the show even better than it already is and most making-of/behind-the-scenes filmmakers can learn a lot from it. Check it out.

Parasites, infectious diseases, symptoms and syndromes still seems to amaze me, perhaps even more this season as it erupts later on in a wild chase between the doctors at the hospital. Who are first to make the right diagnosis? Thats the main issue, but all of a sudden things start to get complicated and you can't really predict what will happen.
The relationship between House and Wilson gets some new light and the story follows them closer than before. What does House really think about his friend? You may get to know them better than you thought you would.
As the season starts to shift to a new number you thought you seen it all, but thats just the beginning, the ending can almost be compared to the other episodes... combined!
