Brad Paxton hovers at the edge. He's in a relationship with Ellen, has an ongoing marketing business, and lives well -- well beyond his means, that is. He is also frustrated that nothing he produces in life will ever last. His friend, Donny, tells him that land is always a good investment, and he just happens to know two guys who have plenty of it for sale -- but at a price that may not be payable in money. Desperate to settle his debts and make his mark in the world, Brad yields to the temptation of greed and finds himself racing against the sun for his very soul.
