One of the best of Season 4. Galvez is played by Joe Santos, a great character actor in 1970s and 1980s TV. Galvez's most devoted student is Joe (Scott Colomby, later in "Caddyshack"). Joe gets a petition to the School Board, hoping they will allow Galvez to stay. There is a good scene of the students on the TV news praising the teacher. Jason just says "Mr Galvez is a groovy dude!"
