This guy was not funny at all. His persona or gimmick was as an African American cowboy . He pulled this off with his Cowboy hat. Fair enough, I get that , a little different , trying to establish his unique personality. It just did not work. He seemed very nervous and stiff for the 25 minutes. The jokes were very long winded and incomprehensible , especially some of the bigger words he was blurting. I also noticed he flubbed more than a few lines. This performance just came across to me as very unnatural. He just never built that rapport a good comedian has with his audience. He seems like a nice enough guy, but just not a good comedian. I noticed that much of the audience might have agreed with me because the body language, of the crowd, seemed more like that of an opera rather than a comedy performance. Many people were simply not applauding and sitting with arms folded or a golf clap.
