Hadrah Daeng Ratu's 'A Perfect Fit' is an overtly soapy love story full of cringe-worthy plot points and useless supporting characters. Though often feels forced at times, the movie's use of Balinese cultures and traditions is both refreshing and compelling. Well-acted, but the screenplay, penned by Ratu and Garin Nugroho, lacks focus and uses too many clichéd story beats.

IT'S ENOUGH!!!

We've seen enough about these Indonesian Love Stories, enough is enough!! Why can't Netflix Indonesia makes more Horror or Sci-Fi movies rather than Cringe Love Story? We're so tired with this kind of Storylines and this movie didn't make any difference, it was just a classic love story. I gave it 4 just to respect the Bali view it was amazing but the storyline BIG 0.

Simple love story but overstuffed with mixed cultures and superfluous subplots

Dramatic love story kinda felt overstuffed with mixed cultures and superfluous subplots. Despite its narrative coherence, Hadrah Daeng Ratu still showed us that self-love is the best way to find true love. Nadya Arina & Refal Hady made interesting couple in the process.
Terrible Movie

I hate dubbed movies. This is like the old Godzilla movies!! The dubbing was so horrible it took away from anything and the storyline was terrible!!! What's going on Netflix?!! You guys are going downwards with this lame Asian movie!
A Fairy Tale Ending

A love story.

It's the typical movie that nourishes the audience with a real feeling of love.
With a nice story, beautiful photography and an incredibly sweet soundtrack.
Chemistry is in the eye and audiences who like a sweet love story will love it. Because we already have enough bitterness in the real world.
Music: Arah Kaki.
Singer: Laura Theux.

A total culture appreciation for Indonesia, to make a Balinese movie, shows the culture, the view, the characters.... it shows unhealthy relationships and toxic relationship at first, and then it starts growing on me, maybe because everything seemed perfect. The plot was nice, but tbvh it was a bit cringy yet I think that's quite normal, after all this is a romantic movie. THE OSTS ARE REALLY GOOD. It made me miss Bali, and want to go to Bali again.
Stars given for the set. Reduced stars for the some what expected plot

As expected, romance movies from Asian tends to be initiation-hurdles-tries-love at the end. The movie lacks the punch to draw viewers attention. Good cast to complement the weak storyline.
Kudos to the use of Bali culture and dialect. Makes one want to go there to find love.
