- The manga has more explicit sexual content than the anime.
- Two naked women are seen making out and touching each other in the end of ep. 6.
- A female character has a lot of cleavage shown throughout the show. She is flirty and manipulative to men to reach her goals and strings them along to their detriment.
- In several episodes, a character's thoughts are shown on death and killing people as part of her job. In her thoughts, she is frequently shown naked, with her privates hidden in some way.
- The intro (on every episode) has a few scenes with nudity of men and women. Privates are obscured by something in every instance.
- Beginning of Episode 7 contains female nudity in the first minutes of episode. Carry over from 2 female characters at end of episode 6.

- The Tenzen are said to commit sexual acts as a form of "practice" on each other. Nudity is shown but not fully detailed. The characters are disgusted and angered by this as they discover they tried to use a little girl for their "practices"
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Many characters die or have near death experiences. Many scary creatures and mysterious bugs. Creepy flowers sprout on people and turn them into inhuman flower people.
- Certain character's death can be emotional and upsetting.
