Not as expected as it was from Rishab Shetty!

It's too childish only kids will like to enjoy the fun!! Unnecessary comedy even during some serious situation is not say all close to reality... Story is also not that great!! New actress I don't who she is looks like Parvati Menon of milana her acting is good!!

Music fantastic :9/10 Cinematography :8/10 Acting : 8/10 Story: 4.5/10.

Film didn't reach my expectations , first half was good , second half was damn slow and boring. Music, acting, stunts(not all) were good. Humour was good at the beginning , later it failed. Overall it's an average movie.

Hero - a nearly successful cinematic experiment

If you want to watch a movie for a good story , there are better ones out there; if it's crafty intelligent moviemaking you are after , Hero will not disappoint you .

All u need to do is leave your stress package outside the theater and take a plunge into this beauty of a violence blended comic indulgence ; it is like a Tarantino movie where you don't ask 'why' but just enjoy the scene because it is so good .

Noteworthy performances by everyone ; the female lead effortlessly connects with her eyes and leads the pack .

A veterinary doctor cutting a jackfruit in the middle of a mayhem is a testament to the film maker's sense of humour !! A totally dissociated cook , a crocodile for a pet suffering with loss of appetite and many more bits evoke laughter every now and then.

You need guts and passion to make such a movie - huge respect to Rishabh and team. Do watch it if you get a chance !

Mesmerizing script

Just waw..... Masterpiece by rishab shetty....!one place, limited crew, top notch BGM, wide opening cinematography, content,direction. Each and every bit done perfectly and acting 🙏 rishab👌. Thanks for pure entertainment🎭.

Story is dull, improbable along with unconvincing characters projection.

The biggest let down for me is the villain himself. He didn't really have a nature, acting authentic to the character requirement to create that impact(can't reveal the scene as it's a spoiler) and most of other's acting too seems pretentious bad drama artists. The story is ok,not really that relatable or even feels deliberate setup. I would have given it even 5 or 4 for forced product placements but it's fine. It's trying too hard to be stylish and even giving some unique story and doing neither. Even the lead pair seems unconvincing. For instance even any barber won't be given such treatment when invited for a service. They should have called it as Comedy action, it is but leans to action. It had a good potential to be a very good film, but story didn't really worked out well, neither characters or acting. It could have been a TV serial or web series for most part, and would have worked better.

Brilliant first half let down by poor second half

Before Interval, the movie was an unusual piece of entertainment, with its brilliant opening credits, introduction of Hero Heroine and Villain. But after interval it becomes tad, boring, monotonous with an overlong climax. Cast does perfectly good job, bgm is nice though.

First of all don't Expect this to be like Typical Rishabh Shetty Movies. It doesn't have a great Story but it is a Good Thriller and Also it will give lots of Entertainment to Audience.

Pros :- Amazing Bgm, Funny Dialogues and Scenes, Cannot expect more Quality from the movie which was shoot during the pandemic with limited Resources, Natural Acting

Cons:- Short Story, Could have chopped some unnecessary scenes.

Final verdict :- Worth Every penny for Audience. Must watch if you love Comedy movies.

If Rishab shetty continues to give movies without story, soon his cinema days will end. This movie has no story. The scenes aren't funny as well. His Bell Bottom movie was good. This has nothing. Don't waste time on some action sequences.

Trailer created lot of expectations to me it reached to my expectations. The first half is witty and quirky. With good acting and nice twist and turns. In the second half the chase sequence may turn out to be over the time. And gets little boring but the pre climax and climax makes the time.

Amazing BGM Score & Great Camera Work & Editing

First of all I am giving this movie 10 /10. For below reasons.

1) Very unique BGM score and sound mixing 2) Very amazing visuals & cinematography 3) Very steady camera work, Especially in chasing. 4) Acting from all the actors were realistic, nowhere I ever felt slightest lag or over acting, I really disLike the overacting from bollywood films such as Bhaagi3 or any other over hyped dialogues like big stars from Kannada Industry. Those are very boring. 5) Cumilative to all over points the movie was a very Brilliant and No Nonsense movie, And likeable in total. 6) I like to give bonus points to the trailer, which made me watch this movie, where Hero turns to be Antihero in the end. But those who came watching the trailer must have disappointed in the begining itself, Because this movie is overnoverall totally different kind of genre. Its Action Comedy Kind of Genre.

But I am not giving any negative score to this honest effort. I remembered Shankarnag Sir in Rishabshetty after watching this movie. Its a very good thing for a actor to have that kind of comparison.

Sorry to say this , I should not have wrote this review . Title justification with shaving blade is as useless as this film . Expected a lot as it's Rishab Shetty movie . It's not even one time watch ... Only positive from this movie is Nenapina hudigiye song and 1st half which was little funny.. 2nd half is extremely irritating and boring .. please avoid this and if you want to watch .. watch it on OTT.. please don't spend your 2 .5 hours for this movie.. better luck next time Rishab anna , your fan 🙏

There's nothing in the movie except acting..... Direction is worst slower than tortoise, U can go for serials... Not for this movie... I just watched the movie on zee5 and now I am thinking about people who watched on theatres.... 🤣🤣..... I repeat it's waste....

The film's trailer says nearly everything. There is no surprise, no strengthening back story for the lead characters, badly written cliche characters, average acting and finally a story that has nothing to be told.

Skip it.

If Django Unchained is called a Masterpiece, then Hero is no less than it..!

I watched this movie on Zee5 (A-rated, 1hr 59 min), after having watched the movie, all i can say is "Wow, what a movie, it was a Great entertainer". I think this is because of me exposed to different kind of films & its styles. And this movie seemed to be inspired by "Django Unchained". I usually don't expect any solid story in any film i watch, but its presentation is what drives me.

I was shocked to see the rating (6.7/10).

Guys, you people need to grow up, actually what were u people expecting from the film. Uff..!

According to me,

Pros:

* Cinematography

* Screenplay & Direction

* Music & BGM

Cons:

* In some scenes bgm overpowered the dialogues.

* Wafer thin storyline.

* Some slow motion scenes tested patience.

* Dark humor wasn't enough.

That's it, I am not a Tarantino fan, but if people had watched django unchained before the day of release, then 'HERO' would have been a Blockbuster hit.

Ajaneesh is the real hero n not Rishab

Rishab never looks like hero nor Barber, he looks like uncle Heroine has justified her role Pramod Shetty would have watched Narcos Pablo before acting in this movie Many logics missing in the movie, especially with 'cook' Story is fresh n entertaining Ajaneesh is real hero for his bgm n background score.
