This lovely pandemic three-parter about the history of Welsh art from prolific broadcaster Huw Stephens is beautifully shot and is crammed with looks at art and artists across the centuries in Wales. The only downside is the intense earnestness with which Stephens presents it - now obviously he does play a direct part in some of it (the "cofiwch drywerwyn" graffiti his father painted) but sometimes there's a smattering of "I, Huw, came here once on holiday, it was a terribly dull weekend but the painters of the era did find something beautiful in the landscapes which I, Huw, ate my sandwiches near."
