- It's implied that The Deep has had a threesome with his girlfriend and an octopus. Afterwards the octopus is shown performing fellatio on him making the girlfriend uncomfortable and leaving.
- The Deep suggests Cassandra to include an octopus during sex as another partner. The octopus gives The Deep a blowjob while Cassandra is half naked (breasts very briefly shown) and covers herself and leaves when the octopus touches her.
- Hughie and Mindstorm get naked when Hughie uses his powers to teleport. Their buttocks are visible but genitals are covered.
- Homelander tells Maeve that he wouldn't force himself on her but that he will harvest her eggs.
Violence & Gore
- Lenny commits suicide with a gun offscreen and blood splatters on Butcher's face. More upsetting than violent.
- Soldier Boy attacks Mindstorm with a blade to his eye, Mindstorm takes it out, but Soldier Boy hits him and puts a bag over his head, punches Hughie away and repeatedly smashes Mindstorm's head with the shield. Very graphic and brutal.
- Black Noir witnesses an animated sequence that reenacts what actually happened between Soldier Boy and Payback, where he fights his team and is revealed to be responsible for Black Noir's head to be half-destroyed. He smashes Black Noir's face into a vehicle on fire, burning part of his face and hits him with the shield making a chunk of his brain fall out. Although animated with cute looking characters, it is pretty brutal. It's very reminiscent of Happy Tree Friends
- Butcher's father is abusive to him and his brother. In a very disturbing scene, he uses his belt to hit a young Butcher repeatedly.
- Homelander almost strangles Victoria, but she saves herself by offering him a deal.
- Soldier Boy shoots a priest and a nun controlled by Mindstorm. Graphic and bloody.
- In an animated sequence, Soldier Boy brutally hits Black Noir. Pretty bloody despite the cute animation.
- MM punches Todd, but he is fine.
- Young Butcher hits the school principal with a stapler many times and accidentally hits his brother once. During this scene his dad's abuse and the time Butcher smashed Mesmer's head are shown again to mirror how he has become like his father.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Butcher's past with his abusive father and his brother's suicide is pretty disturbing and upsetting.
- Black Noir's past is sad and somewhat disturbing.
- Homelander's threats to Victoria, Maggie (Maeve) and Annie are pretty intense and creepy, especially what he tells Maggie about harvesting her eggs.
- Ashley tells A-Train that they replaced his heart with Blue Hawk's, which is pretty unsettling considering A-Train's relationship with him.
