Nicely played Big Company Chess-Game
refordgarry23 July 2021
Those who've worked for big companies will be intrigued by this drama. And great to see the same power play at large here as in any other large world enterprises (with or without all that bowing and scraping). So often it is the ruthless, not the talented, or long served who finds the shortest route up the social ladder - though the role of morals or ethics is questioned exquisitely by this strangely composed triangle of characters - Mr. Choi, Ms. Dang and Mr. Han. This one will keep you guessing. Very recommendable.

Drama Gets Real in the Tech Industry. A Rare Gem.
voyetra26 August 2021
Didn't expect much before watching and was pleasantly surprised and it is amongst my favorites. Less K-Drama-style exaggerated plots, but more realistic office politics and struggle of experienced and reliable engineers, pertaining to the tech industry in the new world of a buzz word -driven industry - IoT, A. I., and the likes.

Korean TV is maturing fast
refordgarry24 January 2022
It's all about Mr Choi, average worker, bedecked in blue 'n white check shirt, a working class hero, non university background, diligent, practical, grumpy in the extreme, but ingenious - that sets him apart from the rest of the Korean Big Corporation workmates. What I love about this series is how much it draws you into the office politics that exist in every large company. The story has been wrought with considerable skill to keep things fuming, with more than one unexpected twist. For anyone interested it is a very recommendable show to watch, with good English subtitles. My first"9" ever!

Now this is enjoyable Drama.

Relatable to practical life, it's good to see that Nothing is overdone everything was just similar to daily office life. Drama becomes more interesting to watch when one can relate with it, Apart from mythical genre.

Actors did a great job. No one trying to over do themselves. Both main lead actor did very good job along with team.

I can watch it again..

Almost there...

I'm not really into office/work related dramas, but since I am literally out of options, I decided to give it a try.

One thing that annoys me in many kdramas is the overacting. It's a good thing that this is not one of them. I enjoyed the acting of the main leads. I think they did a great job.

Story wise, I can't say that I didn't like it, but since I am not a fan of this kind of kdramas (as I mentioned above), I can't really say much besides the fact that I found it really "long". Although it's not slow paced, I felt like each episode wouldn't end. I don't regret watching it though.

The one thing that I really didn't like is the mixing of the sound and the sound quality. The music is too loud and in many scenes it's hard to listen to the actors. This is why I gave only 6 stars. It was extremely annoying for me. It must be the worst mixing I've heard in a drama or a movie.

Decent
Park_Min23 July 2023
The earlier parts were dreadful to get through, they did an awful job trying to hook the viewers but it got a lot better later on. Around episode 5-6 it started getting interesting and enjoyable. However, that didn't last for too long as there was a big downtime and disconnect in the story after episode 12. Meanwhile the ending was good enough but I hoped for something better. On the other hand, the drama had a decent selection of cast but I wish we got to see more of the support cast like Park Won Sang instead of filling it with redundant scenes. The drama was promising and good enough but it left a lot to be desired.
