While Dave McRae was interviewing James Randi on the phone, he began pressing Randi on certain issues pertaining to his experience on Port Robinson Road, curious as to what Mr. Randi thought. McRae was asking Randi to put himself into a hypothetical situation in which Randi replied that he couldn't because he didn't know what all the variables were. He then said, "This is a waste of my time and of yours" and hung up. The clip can be heard after the end credits finish.
A scene in which never made into the documentary was shot in the parking lot of a local convenient store. While shooting, coincidentally the owner of the property of where the abandoned house use to sit, and a major character in the screenplay is based on, was a costumer inside the store.
World renowned Medium Allison Dubois was approached for an interview for the film. And although her assistant said the documentary sounded like something Alison wouldn't mind being a part of, and that she'd get back to the producers, no one ever did.
Director of Photography Bruce Dale shot the entire documentary. However, there is one scene in which he didn't shoot. The Anthropologist scene where Dave is having the bones analyzed at the University of Toronto was shot by Matt Blight, close friend and filmmaker.
Dave McRae says the documentary carries a very cinematic and dramatic feel and tone through out the piece, largely because of it's score. He says that this was on purpose because he wanted to start the process of allowing people to realize the different vision he has for the feature film in development.
