Warning: Spoilers
This consists of interviews with the cast and crew, all of whom have something to add within their area of expertise(and there is a very clear love of what they're working on), clips from the show, behind-the-scenes footage, storyboards, and incomplete effects shots.

It's 8 and and a half minutes long. This is found on the season 2 Blu-Ray release of Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles. It spoils a lot of the show, and so will this review so that I can go into more detail.

They discuss that they have a limited time to turn around the special effects, the main focus of this. How the biggest challenge has been to make the Terminator future familiar. Not doing fx for their own sake. How on set, things may change, so they have to think on the fly. That there's a science behind it. How, after T2, *everything* was morphing. They go into tons of individual ones: Weaver cutting down men and the urinal turning into her, Cameron pinned between cars, the machine heart, etc.

I recommend this to any fan of the series. 8/10
