This consists of interviews with the cast and crew, all of whom have something to add within their area of expertise(and there is a very clear love of what they're working on), clips from the show, behind-the-scenes footage, and incomplete effects shots.
It's 9 and and a half minutes long. This is found on the season 2 Blu-Ray release of Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles. It spoils a lot of the show, and so will this review so that I can go into more detail.

There is a balance that you have to find when you're making these, between pushing your actors and challenging them and pushing them too far. The fight with Bonnie in the elevator was the night that would never end. It was so difficult because it was supposed to be in a tiny elevator and we had a bunch of big guys that run the cameras, who are trying to do their jobs and light around us. In the script we designated that the fight should be different than what happens between a Terminator and a human. So that presents special challenges."
