9/10! I laughed through this movie. Great jokes, callbacks, and references. My only complaint was that it ended. Not all loose ends were tied up, thankfully. Gave it a 9 only because it was far too short for the grand spectacle that is the Venture Bros. Doc and Jackson made a solid piece of cinematic history! They have always held the delicate balance of topical references, intelligent humor and not so intelligent humor, and a true love for that which is their child. This did not feel like a good bye, but only the end of a chapter. They've left even more riddles to unravel. For as many 20 year old questions they answered, there are still 20 more years worth to answer! The blood of the baboon heart was truly radiant!

Don't be sad that it ended

Such a criminally under the radar show, it's so niche and unusual, and lasted through my child, teenage and now full adult years. I believe it's one of the last traditionally animated shows, it's only gotten better over time and this is no exception. It picks right up where it left off, the voice acting as always is on point and it solves as many questions as it asks, leaving me hopeful it can be picked up somewhere else. One of the all time great animated shows just waiting to go viral.

If you've never seen the Venture Bros, I highly recommend you start. The earliest season is a bit rough with the animation and it hasn't found it's footing, but still hilarious and sets up storylines that are still evolving. There are always 2 venture bros, is this a universal constant? What other secrets are lurking in Jonas venture's checkered past? What's next? Hopefully something, it's a nostalgia riddled modern show filled with topical references based on a love of 60's cartoons and pop culture.

Much need wrap

Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart wraps up the cliffhangers and answers the bigger questions but left me feeling like the characters didn't get to the end of their rainbows. There's a throwaway spiel about family at the end and I suppose that was meant to tie it all together It just seems like a cop-out. All in all, it felt like the last episode of season 7 with a couple series finale answers thrown in. It was a good episode of The Venture Brothers. Not one of the best but good enough.

Don't get me wrong, I am grateful to have some closure and the world is better with this closing chapter. Without it, it would have been the greatest TV travesty since My Name Is Earl.

So glad this is a thing

I hope this is the first of many Venture Bros movies. It picks right up from where the shows ended. Thank you. So glad to get some closure, lol. This was one of the best shows on TV and so underrated, so well written and the how they tied every little detail together is impressive. Anyway, this movie was great! I only wish it was a little longer after waiting all this time since they finalized the cancellation of the series. But it was worth it. Amazing voice work, as always from the cast. I just happened to be online and I think I bought it on Amazon Prime video as soon as it came out. More than happy to send some money towards the creators, hopefully it makes bank and they keep making more of these.

Perfection

The culmination of twenty years of quintessential character development, standard setting writing, and visual storytelling at its finest. Thank you Doc Hammer and Jackson Publick. Y'all have created a work of art that encapsulates the best and worse of humanity. From innocence & failure to the growth that comes with acceptance, The Venture bros. Is now the bar for serialized storytelling. From ingenious & palpable dialogue that captures the deep rooted insecurities and their associated overcompensation's to the mesmerizing backstories for even the most unsuspecting of background characters, The Venture Bros. Has managed to perfect storytelling as an art. Please do yourself a favor and watch this full series and tie up film. You won't regret it. Thanks again for the 20 years of eating for the next part of the story, for once it was actually worth it!

A fitting, beautifully animated end

If there is one drawback, it's that it's now all over and we didn't get an entire season, just a little less than an hour and a half. However, as is the style of Venture Bros, rather than look backward and attempt to tie up every loose end in a bout of fan service, this movie takes the show in yet another direction. Rather than parade all your favorite characters back around for little more than a callback, they introduce a few interesting, key characters that drive the whole story. It's funny and rendered flawlessly -- the show has looked better and better season after season, and it culminates in beauty that is this movie's animation. The short scene with Dr. Mrs. The Monarch escaping over the Hudson on Daisy, Red Death's Mecha-Horse, is evidence enough that the creators and artists involved have mastered their form and the we are witnessing a star burning out with the end of this show. It's engrossing and avoids sentimentality in favor for the goofy, droll humor we all know and love about Venture Bros. Yet, without trying, it is sentimental, it is a sad farewell, and this may have the only post-credit scene that makes you somberly smile more than it makes you laugh. A great 20 years and a fantastic conclusion.

Excellence in its finest

Team Venture since 2015!!! Absolute masterpiece! Finally a closure to the greatest show to ever exist taking in the fact that it is older than most would believe it to be. The references the characters and dialogue are all superb and i'm glad to have been a part of this adVenture for all of these years since its airing for the first time on A:S. The movie itself is good and im satisfied with it continuing upon the linear story that it is, looking forward to the theoretical revival of the show or the universe in general maybe a new show in this universe? Anyways Go Team Venture yall!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stick to the Show, the Movie is a Disappointment

I was counting down the days, for months, but turned out very disappointed after watching the long awaited movie from the best show to ever air on Adult Swim.

Mantilla was AWFUL, whoever voiced her sounded like nails on a chalkboard, and she was never funny or helped out the plot, positively. Instead she single-handedly ruined the movie, anytime she was on screen and opened her mouth it seemed as though the movie came to a screeching hault.

Beyond her the movie is decent, there were only a few big laughs, unlike the actual show where nonstop hilarity throughout keeps you binge watching day in and day out.

Missing a scene in the show could be detrimental to understanding the show in future episodes, missing Mantilla's scenes in the movie is a relief.

Beware, huge disappointed for day-1 fan, unfortunate casting of addtional voice actors.

A Man on a Mission and a Mission on a Man

This was bitter sweet, but such an amazing movie! Doc and Jackson never fail to entertain! It ends where it all began. They answered some big questions but left enough room for future projects. I laughed so hard many times throughout the movie. The Monarch and Gary together always get themselves into situations that never turn out quite like they expected. Their antics are hilarious. We also get to see more of the Triad. It's a shame they couldn't have done a whole season, but they managed to make an awesome movie. If you're reading this and haven't bought the movie, buy it now or eat the pennies, Quizboy! 😉

Pointless but welcomed

Huge fan of the series, the humor is even better for an intelligent audience.

When Ventura/Vendata plugs in and we see how much more unethical Jonas Sr was, it was clear that 1. Mrs Morpho gave birth. 2. She was either artificially inseminated or seduced by Jonas and Malcolm /Monarch was his half brother.

So the end of this film....if The Monarch was a clone of Rusty it's funny...but if they're both cloned how can you explain Jonas Venture "JJ" Jr... If Rusty ate him in a Tank, where is Monarch Jr?

I've read posts based on Dean's second visit to Ben meeting an original intended helper...that the robot believed he was Rusty and ergo a clone. I see this as a general continuity error.

This is problematic and hard to ignore, because the only way JJ aka Jonas Jr. Could exist is if he and rusty shared a womb.

Even in the animated universe, it would be difficult to explain how "Rusty" may have been cloned.

We know that Malcom and Thaddeus played together.

So maybe Dr Jonas had a few prepared Rusty Slugs. One with spliced in baboon to counter boldness and I assume provide some height, and given over the Blue Morpho to raise as an adoptee.

I assume based on the closure it's implied that Deborah's eggs were used....which again implies the Venture brothers being manufactured and not conceived. Regardless fan focus on the mother of the brothers or the Monarch obsession cause takes away from the general satire of the comic world.

I'm assuming that a bulk of the 17 pair of Hank and Deans (You can count 13 flashbacks during the countdown season 2 episode 1. The season 1 pair, the pair killed by Sunny & Groovy, & the pair found inside a shrunken submarine). Died repeatedly at 15 and took 3-4 months to cook up and reload. This grooves with the year on their burnt IDs, & Myra saying 19 years ago. It also explains why Killinger would try to reunite them lol.

I felt like the 85 minutes was crammed in as opposed to making a more coherent continuity story with one more season of 7-10 episodes. There were no Brock Rages, the mockery of the Justice League/Avengers was absent. Professor Impossible....etc.

In terms of my favorite two headed villain, and other great characters....it was a Hank maturity story....and tons of past references.

"All this & Gargantua 2" as well as the two part battle of Cremation Creek, or the three part beginning to season 7 were all significantly better than this film.

I cried like a baby for an hour after it ended

This is a masterpiece, absolutely, from beginning to end. The Venture Bros, as a series, is one of the most amazing adult animation shows produced in the last few decades, the world-building, the attention to detail, the character development, the writing, the animation... it's clear that the creators (Jackson Publick, Doc Hammer and their entire team) poured their hearts into this project from day one (back in the early 2000s) and this movie exists as a testament of the love and dedication all of them have put into The Venture Bros. Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart is the "conclusion" (I seriously hope we get more Venture Brothers) to over two decades of growth, organized villainy, acid magnets and lightning riffles. If you're a Venture Bros fan, this movie is a warm hug, a strange and long awaited warm hug that is supposed to mean "goodbye" but you, wholeheartedly hope is more of a "We'll meet again, stay tuned Venture-oo!". This show is a gift, this movie is a gift, and I am grateful I got to watch it.

Clone Wars

After it's sad cancellation, after twenty years of sporadic production, Adult Swim gave Jackson Publick and Doc Hammer the chance to fill in a few of the blanks in their characters lore with a feature length episode "Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart". Whilst it was certain a welcome addition to a show I loved, it's not quite as strong as the final seasons of the show.

Venture Industries latest invention, the Helper Pod is due to be shipped out, but supplies are hijacked by Mantilla (Nina Arianda) leader of a new flashy rival to the Guild of Calamitous Intent named ARCH. With the hover function activated on all the units, VenTech Tower is lifted out of New York, up into orbit. Dean (Michael Sinterniklaas) is wracked with guilt of his affair with Hank's (Chris McCulloch) girlfriend and recruits Dr. Orpheus (Steven Rattazzi) to help him find where Hank has gone. Hank is wandering his past, both physically and metaphorically.

Perhaps it's understandable, due to the pressures of trying to fit everything in plotwise that they wanted too, but the balance between story and comedy feels just a little off to me here. There is lots to get done in 80 minutes; the nature of the relationship between Thaddeus and The Monarch, the returning of Hank to the fold and ... finally ... the explanation of who the boy's mother is. It's not that it's not good, it's just that, particularly after that final season it's not quite as good. I'd imagine it would be incomprehensible to anyone who tried to watch this without having watched the show before, but then how many people would really do that?

Occasionally it's not quite right visually too, there are a couple of occasions when characters look the tiniest bit off model.

It is still though remarkable that it exists at all and is testament to the creative strength and fan commitment of a beloved and underseen series.

There SO many questions left unanswered

This movie seemed more like an appeal to other networks to approve an eighth season of Venture Brothers rather than a good faith story to wrap up loose ends. All in all, it was very unsatisfying and felt like Doc Hammer and Jackson Publick were making up new stuff rather having a real ending they should have had in mind since the beginning of the show.

The biggest question for me is, what is the source of the Monarch's anger and resentment with Rusty Venture? Yes, we all saw the photo taken when they were young, but that seems to be more misdirection than anything. This movie did nothing to help us understand that.

And the story of Mantilla seems like it was crowbarred in and it took up way too much time for too little payoff.

I wish I could be more generous, but seriously, this was too little too late.

First of all, it's been about five years since the last episode on the series aired so I recommend re-watching the then season finale (now series finale) as the movie picks up right where the show ended. It was a great watch as a fan, basically a uncensored (depending on where u watch it, for me it was on max) extended episode. Tied up a lot of loose ends but also left more questions of sorts. Overall a nice ending to a good show. Only down side for me was it left me wanting more....fingers crossed for another movie one day. Otherwise a nice wrap up to a 7 season run of beloved show. It does come full circle in a round about way and again left me wanting more!

Calssic Venture Bros.

This was probably the ending to some of the greatest writing in television history. U had to watch a couple of times to make sure I didn't miss any small details (because we know how they like to slip things by) but it was worth it. I can easily score this a 10. Leaving the door open for more after weaving all those threads together was pure genius as always from the writers. From the first episode to the recent movie this show helped put adult swim on the map outside the US. The voice actors are priceless and the perfect fit. I truly hope it gets a new home somewhere because it deserves a larger audience.

A fun, funny, smart, exciting, satisfying send-off for a beloved saga

The show wasn't just one of the premier animated series for Cartoon Network's Adult Swim programming block; it was some of the best action-adventure storytelling that has ever graced television as a medium. There may have been some moments in the show in early seasons that didn't age well (cheap jokes or a bit of punching down), but the writers quickly grew past and shed those issues to give us nothing but the humor of unfailing wit and far-sighted intelligence. That same intelligence was further bent at all times toward dazzlingly complex storytelling with a stunningly long memory, working in countless references big, small, obvious, and obscure, fabulously smart, clever, and imaginative science fiction, and tremendously exciting action and adventure that put countless live-action enterprises to shame. Factor in the meaningfully diverse cast of characters impeccable visual designs and animation, outstanding voice work, stellar music, and otherwise top-notch craftsmanship and production values, and the result was a landmark that will not soon be surpassed, if ever. Fast-forward five years since the seventh season of 'The Venture Bros.' concluded, and take the breadth and scope of a full eighth season - a collective four hours, give or take - condensed into one ninety-minute full-length feature: and still Jackson Publick and Doc Hammer never miss a beat. 'Radiant is the blood of the baboon heart' is everything we love about 'The Venture Bros.,' and is simply brilliant.

It's sad that the saga of the Venture family and all their allies, adversaries, and acquaintances had to come to an end, but all things do. And one could hardly ask for a better end than this. There are only two possible criticisms that come to mind here, and they both stem just from the matter of a season's worth of narrative being shrunken into a single picture. For all the many, many characters that we have ever met in the series, there are relatively few that are represented in this finale; while some get more of a welcome opportunity to shine than they might have before, others are unexpectedly reduced to small supporting roles. More significantly, there are unquestionably a lot of examples in the movie of plot ideas that deserved and needed expansion and the elaboration that would have been allowed in a serial manner in which each was spotlighted in turn. Rich, tantalizing, absorbing, and satisfying as the narrative is exactly as we see it, one can't help but wish that we got more details about This, That, and The Other Thing, and/or that they were more drawn out. Be all that as it may, even as Publick and Hammer were forced to cram hours of plot into ninety minutes, the finished product is nothing less than stupendous. The tale picks up right where the seventh season finale left off; another exquisite bounty of story beats and strokes of ingenuity are deftly woven together; all the flavors we have ever wanted out of TVB are retained and sustained through to the anticipated post-credits scene; and the ending draws to a close the twenty years of the viewing experience that this title portends, while assuring us that the saga continues in-universe. Arguably most rewarding of all, the enigma of the name - 'Radiant is the blood of the baboon heart' - is illuminated in a fantastically delightful, shrewd fashion. Realistically, what more could we ask for?

Same as it ever was, all the high quality of the long-running series is ported over to this film; all the traits that made TVB such a beloved hit are right here waiting for us. Publick and Hammer knew they had to Get It Right and give fans the swan song we needed, and they absolutely delivered. It's been a couple years since I had watched through the whole series with a friend, and this romp was wonderful and comforting, like nostalgia, a homecoming, and a breath of fresh air all rolled into one. Whatever one thinks of the format, clearly cutting out portions of the entirety that Season 8 might have been, I don't think there could truly be any arguing that this 2023 conclusion is roundly superb and reflective of all the boundless skill, intelligence, love, and care that those involved could ever pour into such a wild ride of a creation. I could scarcely be more pleased with this send-off for 'The Venture Bros.,' and anyone who enjoyed the show owes it to themselves to also find a way to watch this. I would go further still: while it would necessitate first watching the prior seven seasons, anyone who appreciates adult-oriented cartoons, genre storytelling, or action-comedy would also be very well served by committing to the full saga, for there's really nothing quite like it anywhere else. 'Radiant is the blood of the baboon heart' is altogether excellent, and I'm happy to give it my high, hearty, and enthusiastic recommendation!

Go Team Venture!

The last hurrah of arguably the greatest animated Achievement of the last 25 years. The show, one of my favorites, was canceled in 2020-- but WB Discovery allowed for a last goodbye - - a final movie made from ideas discussed for the never produced season 8.

The production is top notch-- the animation is modern and fluid. Unlike some animated features, this is clearly a feature film and not a 30 min ad for toys. The cast is stellar save for one late addition - - but I'll address that shortly. All the Series regulars are voiced by the correct actors-- including J. K. Simmons and Clancy Brown (always a treat).

As much as I adore the show, the plot isn't perfect... Long term fans will immediately think back to previous episodes and compare details. I've visited the Reddit mega threads and I know so many different theories abound. New viewers may not understand but will find the origins of the Venture Bros as well as Debbie and Bobbi St Simone a bit convoluted.

In fact the addition of the St Simone family brings the real criticism of the film. The new characters seem like additions dictated by some corporate suit.. How often have we seen tv series turned into movies that "must be bigger" for release? The character of Debbie /Debra absolutely kills the momentum of the film. When she appears, you wonder what the other characters are doing - - and her inclusion really seems to be a plot device. Which makes the job especially difficult for the actress who plays one of 2 new characters - - and all the other characters are absolutely beloved. There's no tension - - she's the equivalent of a Star Trek red shirt.

Without spoiling any details - - she could be omitted in favor of the super villain war hinted at in Season 7-- and everything else would be firmly in place.

I love the show and was pleased to get one last chance to say good bye. Is the movie perfect?? No, far from it; yet it is the farewell we fans have been given-- Doc Hammer and Jackson Publick have given years of enjoyment in this franchise and I am personally grateful.

An absurdly perfect ending to an absurdly perfect series

I've been a fan of Venture Bros. Since the start. What began as nothing more than a silly parody of old weekly action animation and comics soon built a deep and vast lore, and it was hard not to be swept up in it. Of course, through adding that lore and creating it's own universe, came it's own hardships. Cliffhangers and references to past episodes soon took over, and at certain points didn't pay off to the utmost satisfaction of the viewer. Although, after rewatching the series multiple times, I found a lot of the answers I wanted were just buried in subtlety. It was a attempt at giving the viewer a chance to play detective and connect all the dots themselves, but some humor was lost along the way through this new delivery. However, I feel they found their footing again in later seasons and managed to not only ramp up the jokes, but also fleshed out every single character along the way.

This movie was the culmination of all of that. It's obvious that they developed a writing style to balance between jokes and exposition and had the time to really hone in on it. There were some parts where I legit had a hard time keeping up with all the hilarity, while still going, "ohhhhhh, that makes sense." By the way, making sense of anything in this universe tends to take a bit of mental gymnastics, but this finally felt like that exactly how they wanted it.

There aren't many series' that feel like a complete story that I want to watch from beginning to end, over and over, but this finale helped make it one. It's finished, it's hilarious, it's heartwarming, and it's very well-written. Thank you to the writers for giving a proper ending to one of my favorite shows of all time.

Truly Radiant (Minor/inconsequential cameo spoiler- no plot spoilers)

In a time where attention spans are vastly diminished by things like TikTok and the 24hr news cycle, it's hard to imagine an entire fandom calmly anticipating the resolution to a series which had left them on a cliffhanger for 5 years but if there's any quality that one learns as a fan of The Venture Bros, which has taken a staggering 20 years to produce 7 seasons and 1 theatrical length finale special, that quality is patience.

The Venture Bros is truly an anomaly of our time. When a throwaway line from the first season turns out to be a long contained allusion to a major reveal that 15 years and 6 seasons later would leave fans in a unilateral state of awe, you know you have something amazing.

Expectations have been frequently subverted throughout the course of the series, from the Scooby Doo-style pirate ghost that went from stranded con artist to homeless to being second in command of a major corporation that conquered an addiction to tranquilizers or his beloved boss who first appeared in the season one finale as an escaped tumor bent on revenge to the Venture enemy turned bodyguard turned unarmed security guard that bounced between good and evil mostly through conflicts with himself until he manages to conquer his demons while finding himself happier with less but better off for it.

In the final installment, Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart, this tradition of dynamic characters going through unpredictable development is continued.

Some of the twists are filled with complicated intricacies that require a deep understanding of the dynamics that are developed since season one to really sink in while, just like in the show, some of the most memorable moments in the Radiant is the Blood come from the type of anticlimactic reveal that somehow only The Venture Bros can craft in an exciting manner.

In anticipation of Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart, fans have definitely gone through the five stages of Grief.

We all denied the fact that the show's eighth season had been cancelled in 2020 so we all made our anger clear with a #SaveTheVentureBros tag and letters to the producers until we finally got the promise of a finale movie and found ourselves bargaining with ourselves about how high our expectations would be for the various fields about which we love The Venture Bros.

With a runtime of only 83 minutes, less than the length of 4 regular episodes, we knew that we would be limited in our possible content so some element would surely need to be sacrificed.

Being a show designed to appeal to the types of fans that would understand the difference between Quenya and Sindarin and relate to one of the characters who would invest years of his life to decoding a mysterious series of clues subtly hidden in the margins of a children's cartoon that stopped airing in the 70s, The Venture Bros provides the type of meta-analysis that holds a mirror to it's fans and begs to be dissected beyond any scope of reason or sanity, so the demands it would be placing on itself would almost seem unnavigable, not to mention the ever shifting tastes and demands of us, the fans.

Would we accept an inscrutable or rushed story if it answered the immeasurable number of questions we've been left with over the past 20 years of the series existence or would we rather have an epic conclusion that left our greatest questions on "Read"?

Would the jokes have time to land as they always have, at the expense of their being fewer of them or would quantity supersede quality so we could have as many jokes as possible to take away from it, even if they were somewhat forced?

In the true spirit of the series, which features diplomacy between a guild of masked villains and a secret branch of the military that consists entirely of super-soldiers our bargains were met and many of us found a great acceptance in this final adaptation.

In a world where misinformation and propaganda run parallel with equal parts magic and super-science to the point that Stanley Kubrick filmed the moon landing with consultation from a man who already walked on the moon, truth is certainly an abstract concept to really grasp.

No, we didn't get our every question answered but some (not all) of our most crucial questions from day one were answered and we were left with enough that we can still hope the future might still allow for another installment in The Venture Bros saga and enough material to fuel fan discussions about the series for years to come if this truly is the end.

Yes, there were some jokes that felt like they were delivered in an express fashion but those tended to be sandwiched between unforgettable gut busters that left me breathless and even found my wife (who isn't a regular viewer of the show) laughing out loud on quite a few occasions.

In completing a run that has lasted 20 years, spanning the full life of the Adult Swim network, Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart succeeds where countless beloved series have fallen short in recent years by delivering a satisfactory ending to a compelling series without compromising the integrity of the rest of the series.

For giving us this masterpiece I'd like to express my sincerest appreciation and gratitude to Doc Hammer and Jackson Publick(Christopher McCulloch), along with the rest of the team that put their blood sweat and tears into what is arguably the most under appreciated and easily most well written series that has ever graced my television.

A decent end to a fantastic show

I truly appreciate the love and dedication the whole team has put into this show over the years. The quality of animation, writing, story and character development got better with each season - and this finale was a decent way to say goodbye.

The quality of animation was top notch for this series, and the story was entertaining with only a few boring spots while transitioning through multiple plot lines. In other areas the plot felt rushed, but it's kinda expected since they didn't have a season or half-season to really expand it.

Overall its an enjoyable watch with a few lol moments, chuckle-worthy one liners, and a dash of Easter eggs and old school pop culture references.

Fabulous movie

This movie was so great! Packed with all the action and humor I've grow accustomed to with the show over the years! I'm a little disappointed pointed it was so short and had hoped they would be given a little more time to tie up all there loose ends, but otherwise phenomenal cast and characters! I could definitely see how scenes throughout the movie were originally intended to be episodes all their own. The villain and her motives were wonderfully silly for the cap stone on the Venture bros story, and it's definitely worth the watch. Let's hope a new company opens their eyes and help give the show the ending it really deserves.

The best full-length cartoon, for the whole of 2023!

I already thought that's it, and I won't draw this masterpiece anymore. But I was fortunately wrong! A sea of positive emotions. Sophisticated heroes and a coolly twisted plot. I advise everyone!

In a moment of weakness, I doubted these beautiful people who are responsible for the idea and implementation of these wonderful series. And it was in vain.

And I want to tell you more about the most liked moments and plot twists. An unimaginably beautiful story. But then to the esteemed public, everything will become clear at once. The plot is extremely valuable and any mention of even the smallest details will ruin the whole impression when watching!

I want to believe that we are waiting for the continuation of the series, in the near future!

Please don't let this be the very end.

Thank you Doc and Jackson for your wonderful made-up world of struggling superheros and their colourful adverseries. The series has been a constant source of amusement and intrigue to me for 20 years and this film does tie up the story in a respectable fashion.

Still it would have been so much better to get the final season the creators were promised.

Please let this not be the very end for Team Venture - if you bring out more seasons I'll purchase them physically and digitally, if you make more DVDs I'll import them regardless of region, if the T-Shirt club was available in the UK I'd have that too.

Perfect and bittersweet

The end of the best written show in television history. Hammer and Publicks babys for 20+ years. A perfect example of what incredible things creators can make for us when given sufficient time and freedom, everyone following this show from the early days is familiar with the long waits between seasons, always well worth it.

The movie is venture bros to the core and a fitting end for the characters we have all come to love, you can really tell just how much the creators care about this show, but it's one that I'm sure any fan of this show is going to feel at least a little sad, longing for that season 8. Here's to hoping adult swim, HBO whoever is behind the decision comes to their senses and greenlights another season. I have a feeling the boys will be up for it and it would be glorious.

For anyone reading this that hasn't watched the venture bros, if you watched cartoons from the early 2000s back to the 60s, if you like old school spy drama and super science, if you just enjoy an incredibly written and hilarious show with an intricate well woven plot and incredible character development, start the series now.

This movie DOES in fact give a great emotional end to a lot of big questions. That being said, there's still a lot left unsaid, and a lot of mysteries still unsolved. Like who is Scare Bear? Who is Rusty's mom? (All we got is that he's a clone, but who was his original mother?) Why does The Monarch hate Rusty EXACTY? Would've loved more Jonas flashbacks. There's just so many possibilities that we still never got in this movie. There is so much potential to keep going. I'm sure I can speak for many others when I say we want more adventures. We want more stories with the boys. Want all want more Venture Bros. GO TEAM VENTURE!
