Another season of Project Runway, now taking place in Los Angeles. And fitting to the new location is the first challenge to create a red carpet outfit.
The new cast is pretty interesting. See a lot of people I am interested in, and loved most of the dresses. The whole incident with Johnny seemed a bit fake. Not that I think he didn't indeed overcome struggle of addiction, but it all seemed to have been put together for a dramatic moment in the episode. Still, he had a great dress, glad he ended up in top 3.
Christopher's dress was indeed the one that I would choose. Loved it, just gorgeous. I am already rooting a bit for him, like that he is a self learner.
The elimination was surprising. I was sure Mitchel is out, but I am glad he wasn't because the messed up measures weren't his fault. At the same time I also didn't want Ari to go, I was way too curious about what she could design on the show! She seems to be so out of box as nobody I saw on it. Looked at her page now, no idea what it is she is doing but the great thing is she is still doing it and enjoying those designs.
