  • In the elf cartoon, a man is beat up and killed, and a lot of gore is shown. While it is meant to be funny and is not visually realistic, it is extremely violent and graphic.

Profanity

  • About 20 F words
  • Many uses of shit, damn, hell, asshole and bitch throughout.
  • 5 uses d*ck
  • 1 use of prick

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Charlie sits on Santa Claus' lap and, bursting with rage, demands to know if Santa had sex with Charlie's mom. Charlie bites Santa's neck and starts beating him up. Mac tries to drag Charlie away while children are screaming and running, Mac elbows a woman in the face, knocking her out. Charlie runs around screaming with blood all over his face, and Mac forcibly drags him away. This scene is comedic but some viewers may find it disturbing.
  • In an animated claymation dream sequence, a man is violently beaten and murdered. While the visuals are not all that realistic, the violence is very graphic. We see the man's limbs and eyes being torn out by several people, and he is then hung by his neck and set on fire, and we see his flesh melt off of his bones. While the scene is meant to be comedic, even in its cartoonish visual style, it can be disturbing.
