  [pounds the desk on the word "million"] 

  Mayor of Citysville : IT'S NOT REPLACEABLE!

  [Blossom blinks up at him, Citysville Mayor looks despondently out his window at the destroyed bridge] 

  Mayor of Citysville : [sighs]  Also, that bridge is - or was - a historical landmark.

  [he unfurls the Citysville flag on its pole and shows it to the girls] 

  Mayor of Citysville : I mean, it's on our flag, for Pete's sakes! It's also the main thoroughfare in the city! Nobody actually lives in Citysville!

  [his voice trails off in tears] 

  Mayor of Citysville : They commute!

  [he breaks down crying for a moment then pulls himself together as he turns to glare at the girls] 

  Mayor of Citysville : [holds up a piece of paper]  This is a bill prohibiting the use of superpowers in the town of Citysville.

  [he signs it] 

  Mayor of Citysville : You're hereby forbidden by law to use any of your powers within the city limits.

  [he hands the bill to the girls and points to his office door] 

  Mayor of Citysville : [menacingly]  Now get out of my sight.
