Changing an amazingly written book into a shorter TV Movie can be quite the task. As far as setting they did an amazing job but there was one big thing i felt needed to be talked about. I understand having to change the story to get it to adapt to film but changing how old Danny was when Jack broke his arm seemed quite unneeded and it change the characters in a small way. If you'd never read the book you most likely wouldn't care, but the fact that Danny was much younger when Jack broke his arm does show that Jack had time to grow as a person, whereas this episode showed it as a slip up from after he went off the wagon.
