Go back & watch the season 3 finale! You will see the one Betty is replacing had her own office & the new people working with Betty wasn't there!! It's the writing that has really hurt this series!! They have not looked into following their own story telling nor how the business world actually works!! Willie is another one they completely ruined!! She could have been a great bad guy on here but they wrote he so badly that you just want her GONE because she ruins the show!!
