Yogi is now in the park, as compared to being rather foresty in Brave Little Brave, and he comes across what appears to be the 1960s Americana version of George Jetson and Elroy, but paired up with Betty Rubble. Once again, as in Brave Little Brave, we are shown the child who wants adventure, but this time, there are parents who aren't interested in providing it. So Junior goes off to attack Yogi.
"Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!" is all Junior says, again, as compared to Brave Little Brave, who said nothing.
Yogi feels sorry for Junior, then learns to regret it, when Junior puts those spurs into Yogi's back side.
This child would be evolved later on into other more precocious children, perhaps the best being the two truant kids in the Huck Hound episode.
We do see Ranger Smith here, tho clearly an early version.
