The way to get House back to Dxing and working in hospital again -- and staying clean and sober -- was the wacko smart patient with the internet lottery! Everyone's thinking -- from the title -- as well as Cuddy & Wilson's part -- that the Epic Failure is him taking vicodin again. Rather it was the internet Dx lotto that took Greg's attention away from the leg pain enough to reduce it (yes, that's how it works) AND served to bring him back to Palisades. Brilliant.
I liked the Foreman- Hadley interactions, very real and understandable. I didn't quite get why Foreman all of a sudden was losing his mojo. Heck, House and teams made SO many mistakes on Dx patients' ills over 5 seasons, for goodness sake, one or two here should not have thrown him so much. Course, goes along w/ the internet moment and their final scene which was well-played, well-written.
Good episode, worth the watch after Broken.
